Coverage Summary
Terms and Conditions of Acceptance
  • Vehicle age must be 16 years and below only (manufacturer year) and financed by AEON Credit Service (M) Berhad.
  • Vehicle should be used or reconditioned with market value of not less than RM 5,000.
Claims Limit
  • RM 10,000 for any one claim and RM 20,000 in the aggregate during the Service Contract period.

    Remarks:

    Critical Parts are subject and limited to a one (1) time claim only during the Service Contract period. Please refer to the Classification of Covered Components section.

Period of Coverage
  • The Service Contract coverage is subject to a 30 days waiting period and we will not be liable for any claims under the Service Contract for the first 30 days from the commencement date of the coverage.
  • The Service Contract coverage commences from the date when your loan is confirmed and lasts for a period of 12 months providing cover for Mechanical & Electrical Breakdown (Unlimited Mileage).
Classification of Covered Components

During the Service Contract period, only the Mechanical and Electrical Components relating to the following items are covered

Critical Parts
  •  
  • Engine
  • Transmission
  • Front Wheel Drive
  • Rear Wheel Drive
  • Braking System
  • ECU (Engine Control Unit)
Non-Critical Parts
  •  
  • Steering Mechanism
  • Air-Conditioning
  • Fuel System
  • Ignition System
  • Cooling System


Servicing Requirement
The Interval Service Maintenance requirement will need to be undertaken by you (as the vehicle owner) to ensure that the vehicle has proper maintenance and care.
Proper maintenance and care of your vehicle is indispensable for safe driving. The servicing of vehicle must be carried out at intervals :


For Mineral Oil / Semi-Synthetic Oil Usage:
  • Servicing of vehicles must be carried out at intervals of every 5,000km or 3 months whichever occurs first.
  • The vehicle may be serviced at any service centre. To find out your nearest service centre please contact carfix call centre at 03 7989 0333 to make appointment.
For Fully-Synthetic Oil Usage:
  • Servicing of vehicles must be carried out at intervals of every 10,000km or 6 months whichever occurs first.
  • The vehicle may be serviced at any service centre. To find out your nearest service centre please contact carfix call centre at 03 7989 0333 to make appointment.
Interval Service (Mileage Allowance):
  • The mileage allowance of 500km and 30 days time frame is provided to you (as the vehicle owner) from the due interval servicing requirement.
  • We reserve the right to void the coverage for any parts breakdown resulting from failure to perform maintenance as outlined in the Servicing Requirement.
