We, OneWorks Sdn Bhd 199101013216 (223528-T) (hereinafter referred to as “OneWorks”) operate the Carfix Mobile Application (“Carfix”).

This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of Carfix.

We use your Personal Information only for providing the Outsourced Services and improving Carfix. By registering as user to use Carfix, you agree to the collection, use and disclosure of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree to the terms of this policy, please do not register or use or access Carfix.

While agreeing to register and use Carfix, we may ask you to provide us with personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to your name (“Personal Information”).

• Our business partner such as tow truck service provider and affiliates such Insurance providers and car franchisers

• Information Technology (IT) service providers of our off-site data centre and disaster recovery centre maintaining our storage facility and databases
• Regulatory, law enforcement agencies, and other authorities

We will retain Personal Data accordance with OneWorks’ retention policy.

Once you left our website, we are not liable for the protection and privacy of any information which you provide whilst visiting such sites and such sites are not governed by this privacy statement.
