What is CarFix?
CarFix is a mobile application that allows you to request for roadside assistance.

Is CarFix a workshop?
No. We work closely with a panel of workshops registered under us.

What OS platform is it supported for?
It’s currently supported for both iOS and Android smart phones.
Do I have to be a registered user to use CarFix?
Yes. You are required to have a Malaysian mobile number to register for an account.

I’m an existing user, do I still need to register an account with CarFix?
Yes. Go to the registration page from our website or through your mobile device.

I’ve not received my 4-digit verification code.
Please ensure that you have entered the correct mobile number displayed on the verification screen. If you have not received your code after 10 minutes, click or tap on “Resend” button.

I received an error message stating “The mobile number is already registered with CarFix”.
You have probably registered with us before. Go to the “Forgot Password”, key in your mobile number and continue with the necessary steps. If the problem still persist, email us at support@carfix.my.
What happens when I submit a request?
If you have a valid policy under CarFix affiliates, our call center agents will get in touch with you. (RHB Insurance, Tune Protect, QBE Malaysia and Cherry Auto Assist)

I’ve received a “Policy Not Found” screen when I submitted a request. What should I do?
Your vehicle may not be listed under our CarFix affiliates. Tap on the "CarFix Referred" call button and provide us with your Case ID. Our call centre representative will guide you through the necessary steps.

How would I know if my case have been submitted?
You will receive progress updates notifications on your mobile device.

What’s the price for the listed services?
The price of each service varies and will be given by our call centre representatives.

How long does it take for my assistance to arrive?
It will typically take an hour or so depending on traffic and weather conditions.

How do i cancel my service request?
Please call our hot-line and provide us your Case ID or vehicle number for any cancellation.
Why can’t CarFix detect my location?
Make sure your GPS function is turned on and all permissions are allowed for CarFix.
